From back pain to physically fit
I heard about Core Boot Camp from some of my friends who were using it and I decided to try it to strengthen my core and lower back. I saw results almost immediately. I gained strength in my whole body, not just in my core. My cardio improved tremendously and I got stronger and my back issues have mostly disappeared. When I started I couldn’t probably run 100 yards. Within 3 months of starting Core Boot Camp I ran 10 miles nonstop. I recommend Core Boot Camp for anybody, no matter what your limitations.
