Meet Angela Collins
Angela is currently certified in Personal Training, PIYO, Kickboxing, Mauy Thai, Foam Rolling and Senior Fit.
Angela’s Focus: Weight Loss, Muscle Development, Body Sculpting, Sports Specific Training, Functional Training, Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention, Range of Motion Issues and Total Body Strengthening.
Angela has taught a variety of classes for over 30 years and loves being able to see the benefits in her clients as well as her own personal self-gains from exercise. After experiencing a fall which injured her knee, followed by hip surgery, Angela developed a knowledge and passion for the relationship between injuries and lack of muscle control and strength, which has become an emphasis in training her clients.
Angela believes that fitness should be a part of any balanced lifestyle and is important for all ages, abilities, and walks of life.
