From back pain to physically fit

 

I just have to tell you how much and in what ways Core Boot Camp has helped me physically. I have a degenerative disc in my lower back (L4-L5) with a mild disc bulge in L5-S1. I was at the point of getting steroid and anti-inflammatory shots in my back. I would get some relief for about a couple of months, then it would start back to pain and stiffness in my lower back. If I did anything strenuous such as yard work or lifting, my back would almost seize up with stiffness and I would be on the ice pack and resting it for four or five days to get back to what I had as a normal life. Shots weren’t helping that much and deep tissue massages once a week helped some but I still wasn’t getting any better.

 

I heard about Core Boot Camp from some of my friends who were using it and I decided to try it to strengthen my core and lower back. I saw results almost immediately. I gained strength in my whole body, not just in my core. My cardio improved tremendously and I got stronger and my back issues have mostly disappeared. I still get a little stiff in the evening if I really over do it with physical lifting, but I bounce back the next day and can be up and going. I recover so much quicker. When I started I couldn’t probably run 100 yards. Within 3 months of starting Core Boot Camp I ran 10 miles nonstop. I am 48 years old and I am in better shape than I was 20 years ago.

 

I recommend Core Boot Camp for anybody, no matter what your limitations. Core Boot Camp classes are focused on helping you achieve your goals, whether it is weight loss, strengthening, cardio conditioning, or even healing a worn out body like mine. I recommend Core Boot Camp for all age groups and all physical abilities. It will challenge you but if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.
